Our harness design features:

Measure your dog's neck and chest by placing 2 fingers between your dog and the tape measure.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. During peak times this may be up to 5 working days.

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes on their order(s). We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused due to customs procedures.
Standard delivery on orders over £35 - Free
Standard delivery can take between 2-4 days. If you need your order quicker than this then we would suggest choosing next day delivery at checkout. Next day delivery takes 1-2 days from dispatch to arrive (excluding weekends).

Lost / Stolen / Damaged parcels
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel. By purchasing you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event that your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist with any Royal Mail claims.
If you want to return your order, then you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your items at email@example.com. Please allow 2-3 working days for us to get back to you with our returns address. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your return confirmation.

Items must be returned to us in their original condition. We are unable to accept returns for items with signs of visible use. Returns made outside of the return’s timeframe or in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted. If your return is not accepted, then you will need to arrange for your items to be returned to you at your own cost.
Please ensure that your return includes your order number and the name and email address used when placing your order.
You are responsible for shipping costs of your return (unless damaged or faulty). We highly recommend sending your return back to us tracked as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment once your return has been inspected. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund as soon as it has been issued. Refunds may take 5-7 working days depending on the original source of payment.
Please note we are unable to accept returns for personalised or sale items.
As we cannot guarantee the items you want to exchange for will be in stock. You can return your order for store credit or a refund and place a new order for any items that you want. You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return and will need to pay the shipping of the alternative size/item.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date issued. They can only be redeemed for a single transaction that is the same amount of the credit note or greater.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com (Please include your name and order number). Whilst we will make every effort to help, we regret to inform you that it will not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been processed.
If your products are covered in wet mud, allow the mud to dry completely. Do not attempt to wash away any wet or damp mud, as this can cause the stain to spread or become embedded in the fibres making it harder to get out.
When the mud is completely dry, brush away any excess mud. Be careful not to push the dirt back into the fabric.
Soak in cold water and rub some washing up liquid on to the dirty spots (I find washing up liquid gets mud out better than washing detergent). If there are really stubborn muddy spots, then use a brush (toothbrushes work well) to lightly scrub at the stain. Leave to soak for 15 minutes.
If it's not completely clean after soaking, then pop in the washing machine at 30 degrees. If the items are really dirty, then you can also use stain remover.
Once out of the washing machine, you can just hang them out to dry.
Harnesses and poo bags can go in the washing machine (make sure to remove the metal clip from your poo bag), but we would suggest only hand washing leads to prevent the clasps scratching.
