SHIPPING TIMES

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. During peak times this may be up to 5 working days.

Please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch before contacting us.

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes on their order(s). We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused due to customs procedures.

UK

Standard delivery on orders over £35 - Free 

Standard delivery can take between 2-4 days. If you need your order quicker than this then we would suggest choosing next day delivery at checkout. Next day delivery takes 1-2 days from dispatch to arrive (excluding weekends).

For orders under £20:

Hermes Standard Shipping - £3.00

Hermes Next Day Delivery  - £4.00

For orders under £35:

Hermes Standard Shipping - £3.50

Hermes Next Day Delivery  - £4.50

Hermes Standard Shipping aims to deliver within 2-4 days after dispatch and in 1-2 days for next day delivery. In some cases, Hermes may be unable to meet these delivery times.  We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Hermes as this is completely out of our control. Please allow 5 working days from your dispatch date before contacting us, and we will be happy to help!

Europe

Standard - £5.05

Tracked - £9.65

Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe within 5-7 days from dispatch. In some instances, this may take up to 10 working days. Please allow 15 days from your dispatch date before contacting us. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost when opting for standard delivery. 

Rest of World

Standard - £8.10

Tracked - £12.30

Royal Mail aims to deliver worldwide within 7-10 days from dispatch. In some instances, this may take up to 15 working days. Please allow 20 days from your dispatch date before contacting us. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost when opting for standard delivery.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged parcels

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel. By purchasing you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event that your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, please contact us on bark@brkdogs.com and we will do our best to assist with any Royal Mail claims.
