Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide, make sure to check out our shipping page for all information on shipping costs and delivery times.
When will my order arrive?
You can find all information regarding shipping here. We ship all out orders via Royal Mail and aim for a 1-3 business day delivery time, with international orders taking up to 14 business days depending on your location and customs procedures. Please note due to coronavirus, Royal Mail is dealing with significant delays. Please wait a few days before contacting us to see if your order arrives.
I placed an international order; will I have to pay customs fees?
We are not responsible for any customs and import taxes. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused due to customs procedures.
Can I cancel/amend my order?
Please contact us immediately at bark@brkdogs.com if you wish to cancel your order (please include your order number in your email). We will do our best to cancel or amend your order but if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to do so. If we are unable to cancel your order, you can return it to us for a full refund once you have received your order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your original shipping costs and you will need to return the item to us at your own cost.
How can I return/exchange my order?
All information regarding returns can be found here. We cannot guarantee that a particular item or size will be in stock once we receive your return. So, if you wish to exchange your order, we can issue you a credit note, or a refund and you can reorder the items if they are available.
My order arrived damaged, what can I do?
Please contact us at bark@brkdogs.com with your order number and let us know what is wrong with your order. If we believe the item is damaged or faulty, then your order can be returned for a replacement or a full refund.
What size should I order for my dog?
It’s best to measure your dog’s neck and chest if you can. You can then use our size guide here to find the most suitable size for your pet. If you are unable to measure your dog, you can find some breed suggestion sizes on our size guide or you can contact us at bark@brkdogs.com. Please be aware that the breed suggestions sizing my not be accurate for your pup and the only way to know the perfect size for your pup is by measuring!

What should I do if my parcel is lost, stolen or damaged?
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel. By purchasing you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event that your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, please contact us on bark@brkdogs.com and we will do our best to assist with any Royal Mail claims. 
My free promotional item was missing from my order, what can I do?
Unfortunately, all promotional items are subject to availability. If a free item is missing from your order, it will be due to the item no longer being in stock. As this is a free item we are unable to refund you for any missing items.
